The island has the highest quality infrastructure already in place, wide paved boulevards, miles of well planned waterways,clean water and state of the art power and utilities, with cutting edge technology and communications all carefully nestled within the abundant natural beauty of Grand Bahama Island.
Grand Bahama is a tax free haven with no capital gains tax and Freeport exempt from property tax untill 2015.
