This Object has an unusual design and is build by a German construction engineer. It is a very massive concrete building and well protected against hurricanes. The roof is made of special (NASA proofed) sun reflecting material. The interior is not finished so you can design it for your own needs. The house is planned for the use of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has a big veranda and a big garden with several fruit trees. The ground floor has also a big living room. On the 1st floor is another living room with a direct access to the garden. The kitchen room is designed in two parts – an inside and an outside place for cooking. The property is facing Martinique and boundary to a river.
Dominica (pronounced Dom-in-eek-a) sits midway along the Eastern Caribbean archipelago, just a few miles from Martinique to the south and Guadeloupe to the north. Fond St. Jean is located in the south near Grand Bay.
