BMV 25 % below Rics valuation and high end property deals. -

Hi
I receive quite a lot of BMV property deals around £200 -300k typically 25% below RICS valuation in London and the rest of the UK. Also get a fair amount of very high end BMV deals well above £500k. Also lots of interesting offers from various overseas developments. If anyone is interested please forward your email addresses to me and I will email you details when I get them from time to time.
