One year old, We reluctantly place our home on the market. We spend more than 1 year building this 369 square metre, one level home but our family circumstances have changed. Study: The study is located beside the entrance foyer and has vertical blinds covering the two floor to ceiling windows. This study is big enough to be used as a TV room or another entertaining room. It has 100% wool sand coloured carpet. Garaging: The double garage has industrial outdoor carpet on the floor and vertical blinds covering the windows.
