Area Description:

Bradwell is a lovely small village only a few minutes drive to the river and the marina. it has a lovely old church and one pub. a short walk away is the smallest and oldest church in England. within the village is also the junior school which is in the top league of schools within England. only children living either in the village itself or the small catchment area around the village are able to attend. with its own swimming pool and small classes. although in the country the main train station to london is only 10/15 minutes minutes drive away. a lovely place to live and bring up your children, fresh air and country side but also a good friendly village. The only reason the present owners are leaving is because one of the children is now due to start college after the summer and the second child is now going to the senior school. with mum working full time it is too difficult to split taking them to their various college and schools.
