Communities such as Westerhall, Fort Jeudy, Confer, Egmont, Samuel Avenue, Tete Monde, and Woburn all attest to this. The general “land hunger” in the south of the island has resulted in the opening up of previously under utilized lands, evidenced in the subdividing and successful marketing of schemes such as Egmont Development Inc. and the near by Westerhall Heights. The villa is located in Petit Calivigny and is part of the relatively new exclusive residential development done by Egmont Development Inc. Villa #37 was constructed to fit the steep terrain of this piece of land which covers an exact figure of 15, 649 sq ft (0.359 acre). The Villa’s building area is 4,462 sq ft in total including the pool and the deck area which holds 929 sq ft of the figure.
