This home is a new(built in 2001)3-bedroom American standards style house built on concrete columns. Built by an American architect, it has lovely green marble tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and decking on two sides. Every room has windows and the breeze is wonderful. Included is a washing machine and an air conditioner for "still" days.
The home is constructed of concrete, local mahogany and emery wood. The lower part of the house is concrete, completely finished except for walls for enlarging the overall house, or finishing to a garage and/or business shop. It is fully electric except for butane tank for the six burner stove and a butane tank for hot water in the bath.
The house sits on 3/4 acre with variety of fruit trees such as lime, large breadfruit, and banana trees. Coffee trees, tropical plants, and fan palms also are on the property.
The house is fully furnished including top of the line refrigerator and stove.
Area Description:
Rivers, waterfalls, caves, hills, and Mayan ruins like Lubantuum are all close by. On the Caribbean side, beautiful cays, and the 2nd largest reef in the world for diving and deep-sea fishing are close, and Guatemala and Honduras can be seen from shore and only 50 minutes away by boat!
This area of Belize has everything - the best of the water and the best of the jungle!
